Hoping in spite of hopeless circumstances

Are you hoping for something in your life that you perceive to be a hopeless situation? Are you seeking a healing that maybe the doctors have told you is terminal and there is nothing they can do for you? Has there been a situation in your family that seems to be totally hopeless and unless God intervenes all is lost? If any of these or others you can think of are in your thoughts and mind, then I have news for you.

As I have stated a few times before there are conditions to receiving a miracle. The condition for a miracle is difficulty. Difficulty is why God gave doctors the knowledge they have. I think whether the doctor is a Christian or not, God has still given them the knowledge. A doctor has been given the knowledge to know how to cure a difficult situation. A miraculous thing seems to take place and we give the doctors praise and glory for what they have been able to accomplish, wrong but that is what we do. So, that is the first condition, the condition for a miracle is difficulty. God took a difficult situation and appointed a human being to provide that miracle.

Let’s look at the second and the most important of the conditions, the condition for a great miracle is impossibility. Impossibility happens when there is absolutely nothing any human can do to cure you or help you. Doctors tell you that you have cancer that is terminal and there is nothing they can do to save you. The doctors are 100% correct; they can do absolutely nothing to save you. The good news is, we serve a God of impossibility. Only God can save you. Only God can provide the miraculous healing.

The impossible miracle puts you in that hopeless state and it is in that state of mind that we need to believe in hope. Look at Abraham in Romans 4:18. The bible says, against all hope Abraham in hope believed and he became. The focus here is not on what Abraham became, the focus is on what Abraham did. Against all hope he in hope believed. That is the place we need to go in spite of our circumstance. We need to keep our faith and believe in Christ Jesus and the hope that we have will be increased and our miracle will take place.

You might say I have prayed and prayed for either my own healing or the healing of someone else and nothing has happened, can you explain that to me? My answer is no! I cannot answer that question because I am not God and therefore I have no input to what He does. God does things in His own way and in His own time. When you prayed you got God’s attention. The bible does not say that when you pray you will see the healing, it says, when you pray He will respond. Respond He does and maybe the healing is not a physical healing that is needed, it may be Spiritual. You may need to come to God and ask for forgiveness and receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior and prepare yourself to be in eternity with God. I really have no idea because like I said, I am not God.

Isaiah 55:8 puts it the best, for my ways are not your ways nor are my thoughts your thoughts declares the Lord. I know that God heals because I have witnessed miraculous healings and with that said I have witnessed no miracle and the person passes on. It would be my way to heal them and move on, but it is not God’s way. God is going to do what God is going to do and it will be in spite of what we say or do. What we really need to do is to put our Faith in action and not just in a time of desperation but in any time. We need to look at the hopeless situation and believe in hope that it will happen. Remember, against all hope Abraham in hope believed. Regardless of how things turn out we must continue to give God the Glory and the Praise.

When you find yourself in a place that you don’t know what to do and you are looking for a miracle, look to God first and foremost and put your faith in action and leave it in God’s hands. If you are looking for a miracle and you don’t know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you should look to God for your salvation. It says in John 14:6, I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Unless you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ you will never see the kingdom of God. Your healing may only be receiving Jesus, but when you receive Him, you have received what God has for you and your name will be written down in the Lambs Book of Life. I am certain that you will receive your healing either here on this earth or in Heaven, but you will receive it. Either way it happens, it is a win-win situation. Either you get healed here on earth and receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, or you get healed in Heaven, having already received Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Win-win no matter how you look at it.

So according to what I believe and my small knowledge of God, there really is no hopeless situation. There is only a trust and faith in Him to do what He is going to do. My hope is in you Lord and I know that I know you have our best interests at your heart and I will believe in you.

The decision time is now, you either receive Jesus or you reject Him. There is no middle ground here; it is totally black and white. Time is drawing short and Christ could return at any time. When that trumpet sounds, it will be too late. There are not second chances, no comments like I have been thinking about it. It is imperative that you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior or suffer the consequences of hell for eternity. The choice is yours and no one else can make that decision for you. Choose Jesus before it is too late. Choose Jesus now and watch the impossible happen in your life. Choose Jesus now and I can guarantee you will never be the same again. You will have the reassurance of the fact that when you pass from this life you will see the Glory of God.
