I am always seeking ways that we can get our ministry out there and at the same time get supporters to help us with our missions. It would be great if we were independently wealthy, then we wouldn’t have to worry about it, but we have to depend upon others to help with their contributions.
We realize that most if not all of our requests fall on deaf ears and for the most part gets totally ignored, but what would happen if you were to pass this along and maybe your friends would like to help. Maybe they would like to get a tax deduction and at the same time help those in a third world country with much needed food and other things as well such as Jesus Christ. It doesn’t take much to send it our share it with your friends and family and give them the opportunity to decide for themselves. We have found that it is very hard to be a missionary, but it is something that I will never give up on and will give it everything that is within me. We have seen the hand of God move in ways you could only dream of and have witnessed his mighty power not only in our lives but in the lives of those we minister to. We have seen literally hundreds of people receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We are planning another trip to the Philippines in July or August 2018. We have been receiving emails, private messages from many pastors telling us how much they need us to come back. We even received a letter from the founding pastor of the church that has us come telling us that he needs us to speak into the lives of the people. We know there are others, but these have been personalized requests. We prayed, and God said we are needed there. We never go unless God prompts us to go and that is where we are right now. We would ask that if you don’t mind, maybe you can pass this along to your friends and family because you never know. If you would like to help us with your contribution, you can contact us at our mailing address or give online all through our web page at www.reamministries.com. We know that God will bless you one way or another and you will be helping people who are desperate for help. God bless you and may God return to you in whatever you do or give 30, 60, 100-fold a thousand times. Jesus loves you more than you know and we do too.

I was asked a question some time ago. That question was why don’t you just stay in the US and not the Philippines. Tough question with a difficult answer. First, we go to the Philippines because that is where God has called us, and second, we have tried for years to get opportunities to go into the churches and share what God has put on our hearts, but the churches are not interested in having evangelists come to their church.
To elaborate on the second point first. We have prayed and have done everything we felt directed to do with absolutely no response what so ever. We have been told that they do not have evangelists come or that they are the only ones allowed to speak in their church. Their reluctance or disobedience to God is between them and God and they will be judged for that. With no opportunities or direction for here we will go where God wants us and not where others think we should be. People say, there is a lot of evangelism right here. That is true, and we minister whenever the opportunity comes. We are evangelists and we will always share what God puts on our hearts. To elaborate on the first point, one day many years ago, I heard a voice that told me we were going to the Philippines. After many days of arguing with God and telling him there was no way we were going to the Philippines, we went to the Philippines. Since the day our plane landed at Mactan International Airport in Cebu, Philippines, we knew that we knew this was the place God wanted us. Since then, we have traveled extensively to the Philippines. Where God calls you is where you go regardless of how much you go kicking and screaming only to find out, that is where you belong. So, to answer the question, God has called us to the Philippines and we will be obedient to that call. When you are obedient to what he says, you will see some of the most amazing miracles, even if you aren’t paying attention. People have been called all over the world by God and they are in his blessings when they obey his call. We tried to argue our way out of the Philippines, but we went against our better judgement only to find we were home if you will. God has always make a way and he is always calling. Hear his voice and respond. You may say you don’t need to go anywhere, but God will say, “I need you here or there”. My Conversation with God!
Have you ever had one of those conversations with God that you know you are not going to win but you try anyway? Well, that is what just went through my mind. I have been asking God what do we need to do? We feel stagnant because there are no speaking engagements and sometimes I feel that if I don’t use my gifts, I will lose my gifts. God chose to put inside my head, the Philippines, and that is where the losing conversation began for me. I was so bold as to tell God that there is no way we could go to the Philippines because it would be impossible to raise the money to go. He put on my heart that I was to trust him and not what I see around me. I knew that because I am always saying it, but this time is different. This time there have been so many disasters that people are putting their money in helping (us included). Did you catch the excuse? This time is different! This time is not different and that the God of this universe is still the same as he was last year when we were going and had to cancel. Last year we raised the money to go and our trip ended up being canceled because of what was going there, so we just sent the monies we had raised and attempted to do the ministry long distance. The money went out but there was never a response because our good friend and my brother Pastor Ken Tagud passed away. We are sure they used part of the money for the Storehouse, but most of it probably went to Pastor Ken’s family to help with the expenses. It really doesn’t matter how it was used at this point, but now we will need to start over at square one. I thought I would try one more time to convince God why we couldn’t go, but the answer had not changed. So, we are going to start another campaign to raise the money to return once again to the Philippines. We still have a solid connection with Faith Tabernacle Church in Cebu with Pastor Ben Tagud, the father of Pastor Ken. Pastor Ben started the church many years ago and is now overseeing it once again. We will be planning to return sometime in July or August of 2018. We would appreciate your support with your contributions to help us return. God said he would supply and we know he will, but he also expects us to do our part as well which is reaching out and asking for your help. All contributions are tax deductible, but goes to helping those in the slums as well as those on the small islands. We are going to continue to stock the Storehouse, but this time we are going to take the funds with us and purchase the items ourselves. God has been so awesome to us and has blessed this ministry so many times and in so many ways. Please take a few moments to pray and ask God what he would have you give and then follow that prayer. You will be blessed, and God will pour into your lives more than what you could ever expect. I have tried the trying to convince God otherwise but like always, I lose, and he wins. God 100,000, me 0.
